I have Windows Vista and no any anti-virus can completely remove viruses from my laptop so I am trying to download new anti-viruses. Moreover, is it good for the laptop user to get free version of antivirus from net?

In my opinion Avast is the best Anti virus for the Window 7.you can not beat Avast I used it for 3 years and have never had a problem with my computer. I downloaded a large number of torrent sites and have never had a problem, Avast always take the problem before it has a chance to do something so it does not slow down my computer at all. I think it is better to follow your own antivirus.

i think Quick heal 11.0 is very suitable anti virus.it is very easily available in quick heal website for free as well as you can purchase it and update it in a time period.this is one of the strongest antivirus if it is updated.

In my opinion you cant beat Avast, I have used it for the past 3 years and have never had a problem with my computer. I download A LOT from torrent sites and have never had a problem, Avast always catches the problem before it has a chance to do anything, also it DOES NoT slow down my computer at all.
