first thing is that no anti-virus software giving you 100%. You really do need to use common sense. When browsing get WOT (web of trust) for your browser. That will go a long way to keeping off bad web sites. There really is no best anti-virus program.
Here's a list of very good paid programs. Norton Internet Security, Kaspersky Internet Security, AVG Internet Security, Eset Smart Security, Avira AntiVir Premium. All of these offer very good protection.
The list for good free ones is shorter. Avira free, and Avast. Are both good but not very good protection. You will need to add a little more security if you go with a free program. But with the addition of a few free programs you can get very good protection.

Well this is right that no software can give you the 100 % result but still my vote is with the Norton security software. It is really a good software for the security so if you want it then download it from the site and make secure your PC.
