Full Version: Which Antivirus software is the best?

I have been asking myself this question for a long time now. I have tried several antivirus software in my quest for the answer over the past two years and everytime I find Panda to be the best.
Panda detects and destroys virus and other malware on computers that other Antivirus software have found to be clean.
Has anyone found a better one other that Panda?
Panda Antivirus is no doubt a good one. For standalone paid antivirus programs, I find Kaspersky antivirus from Kaspersky Labs http://www.kaspersky.com/kaspersky_anti-virus and NOD32 antivirus from ESET security http://www.eset.com/download/index.php very good ones.
Quick Heal Anti Virus 2010 is the best anti-virus software. It provides protection against male-war, threats and un-wanted files/folders. It is better than the others. It is very fast and do quick scan. So, there is no problem to use it. You can update easily.
You can use Norton AntiVirus 2010. It provides proactive reputation scanning and download insight add utility. Also, provides software maintains a light footprint. It is very effective and easy to use. One great feature is the additional vulnerability protection that Norton provides.
