I have a spyware infection and i wanted to know is there any way i can remove spyware of off of it without downloading anything. Can i go and possibly delete a certain file that may contain the virus?

That depends on the type of spyware you have and how badly your machine is infected with it. If you can figure out the files yourself, delete them, remove rogue processes running in memory and start up during boot, you'd normally get rid of infections. However, some spyware are really pesky and manual removal is hard.

It would be difficult to remove spyware without using any software. I would recommend downloading Malwarebytes anti-malware. It is a free tool and easy to use.
