what software did you use to make the password disk?
in fact, there are many free windows password recovery tool like ntpassword, ophcrack you can try.

Recently I found a useful way to reset a forgotten Windows password. You just need to use a Windows install disk to boot your computer.

I have tested this trick on Windows 10 and Windows 7. It worked nice! Hope this will be helpful for others who forgot their password.
