Account hacking
I have received a complaint from one of my website users. When he logged into the website using wifi connection of a coffee shop, his password was hacked by someone and now he is not able to access that account. When I checked, the account is still in use and I have blocked it. When I told this to a cyber security solutions provider in Ontario, they told me that it's because of the absence of SSL in the website. Whether I have to add any other feature in my website along with SSL?. Please share your opinions.

RE: Account hacking
It could be because of an insecure connection with your website or may be the user's machine was already compromised. Still, does it justify slyly inserting a keyword backlink in the post leading to the company you are building links for?
