Hi dear,
Here are some tips for the good health and fitness.
Awake p early in the morning and go for morning walk.
Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Start the yoga classes
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
Keep your environment neat and clean.

My healthy tips are:
1. Meditate. I meditate everyday for 20 minutes and I have noticed a huge difference in the way that I feel throughout the day.

2. Eat well. When I am eating healthy foods it shows in my mood and in my body! I feel much better when I eat healthy foods as appose to high sugar foods that just leaving me feeling tired and sluggish.

3. Exercise. I try to walk to work each day, that takes about 30 minutes and then I try do lift weight every other day.

These are my tips for a healthy lifestyle.

Eating and drinking healthy foods and drinks as well as having regular exercises are very perfect activities which can maintain our healthy body... Keep them and we will have a long lasting age.
